Integrations
Plug VerdictFlow into the tools your firm already uses, so leads flow in to be referred out and incoming referrals flow out into your case management — without copy-paste.
VerdictFlow is the referral layer that sits between your firm and your network. Integrations let you wire it into the tools your team already works in, so you keep your case management, CRM, calendar, and phone — and VerdictFlow just makes them better at referrals.
Every integration is built around two flows: incoming (what comes into VerdictFlow so it can be referred out) and outgoing (what leaves VerdictFlow when a referral comes in from a partner).
The two directions every integration handles
Incoming — your leads, ready to refer out
When you connect a tool that holds leads or contacts, VerdictFlow pulls them into the pipeline so you can decide which ones to send out as referrals. This is how a Clio Grow intake or a HubSpot contact becomes a "Ready for Referral" lead in VerdictFlow without any double entry.
Outgoing — incoming referrals become matters and deals
When another firm refers a case to you through VerdictFlow, you don't want it stuck in a separate inbox. The outgoing direction takes the referral — the lead details, the fee-sharing agreement, any uploaded documents — and pushes it into your case management or CRM as a real matter or deal so your team works it the same way as any other case.
What we support
Case management
- Clio Manage — push incoming referrals into Clio as new matters with the fee agreement attached.
- Clio Grow — pull Grow intakes into VerdictFlow so you can route them out.
CRM
- HubSpot — pull contacts in, push incoming referrals out as deals.
Communications
- RingCentral, Aloware, CallRail, Gmail, Outlook — log calls and emails against the matching lead.
Calendar & meetings
- Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar — two-way sync of intake and consultation events.
Document signature
- DocuSign and built-in e-signature for fee-sharing and retainer agreements.
How connecting works
- Open Settings → Integrations.
- Pick the integration you want to connect.
- Sign in to that service (one-time OAuth — VerdictFlow never sees your password).
- Choose the directions you want enabled — incoming, outgoing, or both.
- Done. The setup wizard saves your defaults so future referrals follow the same rules automatically.
Privacy and security
- Authentication is OAuth where supported — VerdictFlow never sees or stores your service passwords.
- Disconnect any integration any time from Settings → Integrations. Your historical data stays put; new sync events just stop.
- Marketing attribution (UTM, ad campaign, source) on a lead is never shared with a partner when you refer it out — only the case details and contact info they need to evaluate the referral.
Next steps
- Connect Clio — most common case management integration.
- Connect HubSpot — bring CRM contacts into the referral flow.
- Setup Command Center — see which integrations are recommended for your firm.
