Reports & Dashboards
See where your leads come from, who's converting them, and how your network is performing — without exporting to a spreadsheet.
Reports turn your day-to-day intake activity into the numbers your firm needs to make decisions. Build a dashboard once, save the view, and share it with your team — no SQL or BI tool required.
What you can measure
- Lead volume by source — Google Ads vs. organic vs. partner referrals vs. forms.
- Conversion rates — what percentage of new leads become qualified, retained, or settled.
- Pipeline value — the dollar potential of leads in each stage.
- Team performance — how many leads each team member is handling and converting.
- Network performance — how each partner firm is doing on referrals you've sent them.
- Marketing ROI — cost per acquired lead by campaign, when you connect ad spend.
Building a dashboard
- Open Reports → Dashboards.
- Click New dashboard.
- Add widgets — pick a metric, a dimension (e.g. "by case type"), and a visualization (number, chart, table).
- Arrange widgets by drag-and-drop.
- Save and share with your team.
Saved views and scheduled reports
- Saved views keep your filters in place so you can revisit the same cut of data with one click.
- Scheduled reports can email a snapshot to anyone (even outside VerdictFlow) on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence.
Next steps
- Lead pipeline — make sure your statuses match how you actually want to report on conversion.
- Network — see partner-level reporting once you've added partners to your network.
