Setup Command Center
Your single, resumable checklist for getting VerdictFlow fully set up — from inviting your team to receiving your first referral.
The Setup Command Center is the one place to get your firm completely set up in VerdictFlow. Instead of hunting through settings menus, you get a phased checklist that always knows what's done, what's in progress, and what's next.
What you'll find inside
- Phased checklist organized into logical groups: Firm Profile, Team, Pipeline, Network, Communications, and First Referral.
- Live status on every step — done, in progress, skipped, or not started.
- Required vs. recommended items called out so you can finish the must-haves first and come back to nice-to-haves later.
- Resumable — close the page and pick up exactly where you left off, even on a different device.
How it works
- Open Setup from the sidebar.
- Pick any item to jump to the page where you complete it (e.g. "Invite your team" opens the Members page).
- Come back to Setup any time — your progress is automatically saved.
- Skip items that don't apply to your firm. You can un-skip them later.
Why phases matter
Each phase unlocks the next, so you're never staring at a step that requires something you haven't done yet. For example, "Send your first referral" only becomes actionable after you've added at least one partner firm to your network.
