Product Tours

Replay any guided walkthrough at your own pace, or skip the ones you don't need.

VerdictFlow ships with short, in-product tours that walk you through key flows — your first lead, sending a referral, connecting communications. You can replay them anytime or dismiss them once you've got the hang of things.

Where to find them

Open Setup → Tours to see the full catalog. Each tour shows:

  • A short description of what it covers.
  • Whether you've already completed, skipped, or dismissed it.
  • A Replay button to start it again.

What's in the catalog

  • Get started with VerdictFlow — the five-step welcome tour. Walks you through your first lead, your first referral, and connecting communications.
  • Tour the demo workspace — show me the demo leads, the test referral, and where everything lives.
  • Welcome to your firm — for team members joining an existing firm. Highlights real recent activity and the tasks assigned to you.
  • Partner welcome — for new partners on a network you've been invited to.

Skipping or dismissing

You don't have to take any tour to use VerdictFlow. Click Skip at the bottom of any tour and it won't surface itself again. You can always replay it later from Setup → Tours.

Tip: Tours are versioned. If we add new steps to an existing tour, you'll be invited to replay it — but only once per version, so it never feels naggy.
