Frequently Asked Questions

Which Gmail accounts are supported?

We support both personal Gmail accounts and Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) accounts. Google Workspace accounts have additional features like shared calendars and enhanced security.

How are emails linked to leads?

VerdictFlow matches emails to leads by sender email address. When you send or receive an email from a known lead contact, it appears on that lead's activity timeline automatically.

Does VerdictFlow store my emails?

VerdictFlow stores email metadata (subject, sender, date) and a reference to the message for display within lead records. Full email content remains in your Gmail account.
