Authorize VerdictFlow via OAuth from Settings. VerdictFlow creates custom tracking properties in your portal automatically.

Choose a tracking method (statuses, deals, or both), map your HubSpot values to VerdictFlow statuses, and configure export settings.

What VerdictFlow plan do I need?

The HubSpot integration is available on the Pro ($99/user/month) and Enterprise ($999/month flat) plans. A 14-day free trial of Pro is available so you can test the integration before committing.

What HubSpot plans are supported?

VerdictFlow works with all HubSpot CRM plans, including the free CRM. You need admin access to your HubSpot account to authorize the OAuth connection.

How does the sync work?

Contact and deal changes in HubSpot are captured via webhooks and reflected in VerdictFlow in real time. When referrals are accepted or status changes occur in VerdictFlow, updates are pushed to HubSpot immediately. Bulk imports may take a few minutes depending on the number of contacts.

Will it change my existing HubSpot setup?

VerdictFlow adds custom properties (prefixed with "verdictflow_") to your contacts and deals for referral tracking. It does not modify your existing properties, pipelines, or workflows. You map VerdictFlow to your existing statuses and stages during setup.

Can I disconnect at any time?

Yes. You can disconnect HubSpot from Settings → Integrations at any time. Your data in both systems is preserved — disconnecting simply stops the sync. You can reconnect later without losing your configuration.
