Connect HubSpot
Pull HubSpot contacts into VerdictFlow so they can be referred out, and push incoming referrals back into HubSpot as deals with the agreement attached.
If your marketing and intake live in HubSpot, the HubSpot integration covers both halves of the referral flow. Contacts you've captured in HubSpot can be pulled into VerdictFlow to be referred out; referrals coming in from your network can be pushed straight back into HubSpot as deals so your sales team works them in the CRM they already use.
Incoming — HubSpot contacts, ready to refer out
When you connect HubSpot, VerdictFlow pulls contacts and (optionally) deals into the lead pipeline. From there:
- They get the same routing, status, and assignment rules as leads from any other source.
- You can refer them out manually or via auto-routing rules.
- Their original HubSpot source, lifecycle stage, and any custom properties you map are preserved on the VerdictFlow lead.
Use this when your firm uses HubSpot for marketing and intake but wants a single referral pipeline for everything that isn't a fit for your office.
Outgoing — incoming referrals become HubSpot deals
When another firm refers a case to you through VerdictFlow and you accept it, the outgoing direction kicks in:
- A new HubSpot deal is created with the lead's contact details and case information.
- The contact is created (or updated, if it already exists) so it doesn't sit orphaned.
- The fee-sharing agreement and any intake documents are attached as notes/files on the deal.
- The deal lands in the pipeline stage you've designated for new referrals.
Your sales team works the deal as they normally would; no separate referral inbox to babysit.
How to connect
- Open Settings → Integrations and find HubSpot.
- Click Connect. You'll be redirected to HubSpot to sign in.
- Pick the HubSpot account you want to connect (if you manage more than one).
- Approve the requested permissions.
- You're returned to VerdictFlow's setup wizard.
Configure each direction
The wizard walks you through both directions:
Incoming (HubSpot → VerdictFlow)
- Pick which HubSpot lifecycle stages or lists should sync into VerdictFlow.
- Map HubSpot contact properties to VerdictFlow lead fields.
Outgoing (VerdictFlow → HubSpot)
- Target pipeline — which HubSpot pipeline should new referral deals land in.
- Initial stage — the stage new referral deals start in.
- Trigger status — which lead status in VerdictFlow causes the push (usually Retained on an incoming referral).
- Field mapping — line up VerdictFlow lead fields with HubSpot deal fields.
- Document handling — confirm that fee agreements and intake documents should attach to the deal.
Privacy and security
- Authentication uses HubSpot's OAuth — VerdictFlow never sees your HubSpot password.
- Disconnect any time from Settings → Integrations.
