Receiving Referrals

- Referral leads are marked with the referring firm's information
- All referral details are preserved in the lead record
See Receiving Referrals for more.
Best Practices
- Capture source - Always record where leads come from for ROI tracking
- Enter data consistently - Use standard formats for better filtering
- Add notes immediately - Capture details while fresh
- Assign quickly - Don't let leads sit unassigned
Duplicate Handling
VerdictFlow checks for potential duplicates based on:
- Email address
- Phone number (normalized)
- Name combination
When a potential duplicate is detected, you'll be prompted to:
- Create as new lead anyway
- Merge with existing lead
- Cancel the entry
